my top tips for Organising dolls & barbies
I’m entering the world of LOL Dolls and Barbies and wow there is so many things to store, its not just the dolls but its all the teeny tiny pieces too! Storing it effectively not only means its easier to tidy but it also means there is less likelihood of stepping on one ;)
Don’t be afraid to use the play accessories, such as camper vans or dolls houses to store things, its the easiest way as that means its all together!
Get a bag with different compartments - which is perfect for storing all the little accessories together, and it means you can even travel with them.
Crates are an easy way to categorise items, a medium crate for dolls and a little crate for accessories. Or why not try a larger crate for storing more under the bed.
Baskets can be useful for dolls too especially bigger ones, why not get a bigger basket for dolls and a smaller one for accessories.
Not much floor space? Why not use one of these wall storage contraptions, they are so useful for categorising dolls and accessories.
If you have lots of wall space why not think about putting in some fun shelving to accomodate different dolls, these shelves would look so cute above a barbie house or in a toy room, giving you extra storage space to show off a big collection of dolls.
Most importantly get your kids involved in keeping the dolls tidy, and reward them when they do tidy up so that its not always down to the parents to keep up!
